Question / Help CS:GO Recording Problem

When I try to record CS:GO with all the settings set to low and my resolution being 4:3 stretched (1280x768), all it records is a black screen with sound. There is no actual gameplay. I minimized CS:GO, and at the bottom it says 'You should consider turning down CPU settings.' I don't know what triggered this or what I can do to stop it. I use all the settings that are said in the OBS Settings Estimator thing. Any help?

It doesn't crash for me, it just doesn't show any gameplay when I view the video file.
