Question / Help CS:GO lags when streaming.

It seems like CS:GO drops to 30 fps and then shoots back up to 120. I can barely play the game. I play on a 144hz monitor and the fps usually stays around 120 - 144.

My PC specs:

CPU = AMD FX 8350
GPU = MSI Twin Frozr R9 290
PSU = Antec TP-650 (650W)
MOBO = SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
RAM = 2 x 4gb Corsair Vengance DDR3
OS = Windows 8.1
Case = Zalman Zll plus

Everything definitely seems okay on OBS' end, at least in that particular log, and your computer is great. Could you do me one test? Try right clicking the OBS preview screen, and disabling preview. I'd like to see if that affects anything.

I messed around with some CS:GO settings and stopped viewing the preview on OBS and Twitch. This seems to have fixed it, I feel like an idiot for not seeing this before... Thank you very much!
