My game lags really badly as soon as I press start streaming. Even the when the fps is high the game stutters, making it impossible to play. I have a 3570k overclocked to 4.2Ghz and my cpu load is at 60% when streaming. I don't have lag in any other game except cs:go. I have tried using the fps_max command but that didn't work.
