Question / Help CS:GO Black screen only when OBS is open

Anyone else having the same issue right now with playing CS:GO with OBS while previewing or streaming? I highlighted a section that says the game is minimized but the game is actual up and running. In fact I can move my mouse around the black screen in front of me and hear the click sound of the CS:GO menu. I hope I'm not alone but I wish this upon no one.

Exactly this.
Didn't have any issue streaming CS GO (fullscreen) a couple of days ago. Noticed this also happens for me with Dota 2 (windowed borderless)..

When I try to stream CS GO sometimes it just straight up crashes me back to desktop too.. Very odd as it worked so well like 3 days ago!

I am having this problem too, game freezes / crashes when I start capturing with Game Capture option, used to work just fine a few weeks ago.

Also Black Screen on Dota 2 / CSGO captures.

I have the same problem. About 5 days ago it was OK. But now, I have the same problem, as yours.
I suppose, it`s something with game capture. I can`t cast CS:GO and DOTA 2. They crash with blck screen.
But, I can still cast COD:AW and CS 1.6 without any problem. The problem is with these ywo games.
I have good PC, as I can cast COD:AW with ultras, but can`t DOTA 2.
(P.S. Windows 8.1, 64bit)
I hope somebody can help to solve the problem.

Also if you are using Razer Synapse, close it.

Razer made a few day ago an update for Razer Synapse, which includes new programm to estimate number of clicks and mouse moving. So this update conflicts with OBS.
