Question / Help Crummy Video? ANSWER QUICK

When I was testing the software, it came out crummy. Any fixes? (NOTE: On the broadcast settings tab, I changed the .flv ends to .mp4.)
 
Have you tried making changes to your video encode settings? Bitrate, keyframe interval, etc? Also, what are you trying to do?

Sorry, you've given us not much to go on.
