Crashing on startup

Hello members of the OBS forum. Recently I got a new laptop and I tried to use OBS on it but whenever I try to open it I get a crash message instantly. OBS worked on my old computer with worse specs so I don't know what the issue is. Any suggestions are appreciated.

You'll need to post a crashlog or the error received. The log you've posted is the session log, which doesn't contain crash data.
Most likely it's a QSV crash though, and you just need to update your Intel iGPU drivers. That's been happening a lot with the most recent update, especially with new computers.
