Crashing issue with OBS

Hello all! I primarily record gaming content for Youtube and sharing with friends. I have been have been having an issue with OBS crashing during every recording though. I've tried multiple fixes online, but haven't had any luck. During every recording I do, I get an encoding error that causes my recording to stop/ The error may occur after 20 min of recording or after 2 hours, there is no predicting it. I have tried simple output, indistinguishable quality, large file size and high quality, medium file size. I have also tried advanced mode with CQP, level 18, keyframes 0, P5:Slow (good quality), tuning: high quality, multipass: two passes, look ahead and psycho visuals off (have also tried with them on), max-b frames: 2.

My specs: Ryzen 5900x
EVGA FTW 3080ti
32 gigs of ram (3600mhz cl16)
All water cooled
Games are installed on a different drive than where the recordings are being saved.

I checked the log file and found the following information:

15:20:45.095: ==== Recording Start ===============================================

15:20:45.095: [ffmpeg muxer: 'simple_file_output'] Writing file 'A:/Recordings/2023-05-27 15-20-44.mkv'...

17:37:57.763: error: Failed locking bitstream buffer: invalid param (8):

17:37:57.763: [NVIDIA NVENC HEVC (FFmpeg) encoder: 'simple_video_recording'] ffmpeg_video_encode: Error encoding: Invalid argument

17:37:57.763: Error encoding with encoder 'simple_video_recording'

17:37:57.789: [ffmpeg muxer: 'simple_file_output'] Output of file 'A:/Recordings/2023-05-27 15-20-44.mkv' stopped

17:37:57.790: Output 'simple_file_output': stopping

17:37:57.790: Output 'simple_file_output': Total frames output: 493924

17:37:57.790: Output 'simple_file_output': Total drawn frames: 493960 (493961 attempted)

17:37:57.790: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1 (0.0%)

I'm not sure if this is the error causing the crash, but I notice it shows: 17:37:57.763: error: Failed locking bitstream buffer: invalid param (8), and wanted to know if there is a solution to the error.

I have attached the full log file in case that helps resolve the issue.

Please up load a crash log
There seems to be an issue with your GPU's encoder starting Try reinstalling the drivers You may have to use DDU to wipe the drivers clean then fresh install the GPU driver
