Question / Help crashing and game capture wont work

ive tried everything to get my game capture to work and all i get is a black screen, now when i try t change anything my OBS crashes. here is the crash report

"'c:\windows\system32\nvwgf2um.dll'" This is what causes the crash. This Dll is associated with the D3d10 parts of the Nvidia drivers. If you havent updated them, please make sure your video drivers and DirectX and such are up to date, and try again.
