Question / Help Crashes with New OBS 25 Update!

My podcast is how I make a living so I REALLY need some help. OBS ran fantastic before the most recent update, but now (with my settings exactly the same) after updating to 25 we constantly crash. We stream to YouTube and we went down 6 times yesterday! OBS completely freezes up and I have to force it closed and restart with a new stream. This hasn't happened to me in over 3 years using OBS. PLEASE HELP!
 
I have similar problems, changing a scene will cause OBS to freeze for unto 20 seconds. Can't seem to locate why - yet. Computer CPU says loading is about 5%, GUI peaks as 30%... Never was a problem before until version 25.

It's so strange. I literally never had an issue before this last update.
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

I've attached some logs : ) and crash logs and the global.ini file. I note that Windows 10 Gaming Features, should be on now. (Windows had no pending updates to be applied)

I attached a log file and noticed it mentioned "Critical - Max Audio Buffering" not sure what that means.
