This crash involves the "input-overlay.dll" plugin. You may uninstall the plugin (just remove the dll file from the OBS folder).

Please, inform plugin's creator that there is error happens when the plugin is loaded. If the problem already known to the author of the plugin then there is chance that a patch will be issued or suitable workaround found.
