Question / Help CRASHES on WINDOWS 8.1

I installed windows 8.1 and the problems appear.
The game in question is the Counter-Strike Global Offensive and when I join a server, the OBS does not transmit well and skips frames.
I hope someone has the solution...

I moved to Windows 8 but the problem remained. The situation is that the game is broadcast with crashes. A message like "delay the code, skipping frames". I can see on my second monitor while I live. The fact is the game runs very well.

Post a logfile from a live streaming session, and we may be able to see what's wrong. There's a stickied thread at the top of this forum on how to get one.
