I forgot the current build doesn't use libx264-133.dll. My bad. Unfortunately you'll need to wait for an OBS update to test the new DLL, or if you can come by the live chat I can send you some test builds some time.

It works now with the stable version.
I reinstalled my computer and changed from windows 8 32 bits to windows 7 62 bits.
I thank you all with all your help.
