Bug Report crash while streaming

I'm having several problems with random crashes in OBS Studio. So I testet OBS classic today. The stream crashed again, but the log is mentioning another DLL. :(
Here is the log. I also have the dmp-file, but I can't upload it for some reason.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\syswow64\kernelbase.dll' module.

QSV is crashing, update to Win 10 for better QSV support or use x264.

Nice, I will try that! I have used QSV all the time, because it had a better performance on my i3, so your advice sounds promising!

Using x264 seems to fix it. Thank you!
What told you within the log, that QSV is the reason for the crash?
