Bug Report Crash when using Elgato HD

I have hooked up my elgato hd and tested it using the elgato software and everything is fine. When I go to preview the stream I get an error telling me there is an error with the DirectShow Plugin. The crash log and dmp files are attached

Hi,

Please try this:

In the Elgato device properties, please set the FPS and resolution to what is coming into the device.

If you have an Xbox One, and it is outputting 1080p, in the source properties please set the resolution to 1080p and the fps to 30.

I already had this set up. I set the program to run as administrator and this seems to have fixed the problem.

I'm also having the exact same thing happen. Anytime I try and preview/stream, it crashes as soon as it tries to receive the video.
