Question / Help Crash on preview/start recording

I was recording Youtube videos all day testing things out and preparing for a stream with no problems and then suddenly.
OBS just decided to stop working.

Starts up fine. I click preview/stream/record however and it just instantly goes into NOT RESPONDING.

Attached is the most recent crash.

I've read some things about it being Aero but I have failed at finding a way to disable it.
I've also read it was Nvidia shadowplay but I uninstalled it and still nothing.

PLEASE HELP.

I really don't want to have to switch to a different Streaming method because I just got familiar with using this one.
