Bug Report crash nvidia NVENC in Windows 10

First, my english sucks. but i try explain about that happen.

I using
Wwindows 10 Professional x64 (build 10147)
VGA (765M) and Driver's ver is 353.62 (windows10 x64)

So choose Nvidia NVENC for VGA encoding but had msg right this.

error
NVENC start fail.
you need driver ver. 334.89 or over for start NNVENC encoding.

*that is not good translate but i hope you guys understand that. X(

please, check this essue :)

I would say that it's an nvidia driver problem, too. It works for me, however. Also, why are you using Build 10147? 10240 was out for a while now and the OS is nearly finished for release.

i heard windows 10 RTM build is 10240. but didn't re install @.@/
now installed 10240 :P

thank you for your working. i hope release soon :)
