Bug Report Crash in first run

You're using an unreleased preview version of Windows. Maybe don't?

The crash seems to happen while loading the plugin for the AMF encoder. If you aren't going to use that, maybe remove it and see if OBS launches.
 
Im using Windows 10 Pro version 2004.
The instalation of amd amf solved the problem.
I used OBS in this pc, i just formatted...
It never happened to me
 
Yes, I know. 2004 is a "preview" release, which means it's likely ordinary users aren't using it (many just only recently got 1909, and most others are still using 1903. If stability is important you may wish to configure your computer to not use Preview releases.
