So I recently upgraded my entire system from a 2.5 GHZ CPU from AMD to a 3.7 AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics. When I would stream and play a game with my old system and run nothing else my CPU usage would bounce between 80-85%. With this upgrade I was hoping to stream run a game and be able to run a browser for example chrome all at the same time and not have any frame drops or any problems. Not only am I getting frame drops from my new system when I attempt this, I'm also at 100% power and I really don't want to overclock because I didn't install an aftermarket heat sync. If it has something to do with any of my drivers or maybe the way I'm running obs i'd really like to have it fixed that would help a lot thanks for any help I can get.
