While I was streaming, I noticed that my CPU Usage throttled to around 20 to 30 percent then my Upload de-throttled to 0 Kbps
This happened while my Internet connection was already ok.
I am particularly concerned that Minecraft [especially with Optifine Preview 1.17 on] is the only game that's affected with this.
