Question / Help CPU Usage Problem

1080@60 is really high for a an i5, luckily since you are local recording, you can put your preset at ultrafast and not lose quality. it will just use up more bitrate but be much better on your CPU.

Other thoughts:
dont sync audio to video, it will cause more issues than it fixes, instead increase your scene buffering time to 700ms or greater.
