Bug Report CPU slammed when webcam shown

I have OBS and for whatever reason today, whenever I switch to a scene where my webcam is on, the CPU usage gets slammed at 90%-100%

The webcam works outside of OBS fine, and if I unplug my webcam, but keep source in the scene, the CPU still gets slammed.
If I sit in a scene where the camera is not a source, it will hardly use the CPU at first, but slowly get higher over time, even when nothing on the computer changes.

in the logs, I noticed that the phrase "Audio timestamp for device 'Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910' was behind target timestamp by 80" pops ub a TON of times in the logs. Can someone help, please?!

Holy cow your log file is huge.

Anyways I'm assuming it's because your Scene Buffer Time is at 400 and not at the default 700.

I'd also make sure "Force desktop audio to use video timestamps as a base for audio time" & "Use Mic QPC timestamps" is unchecked as seen here: http://jp9000.github.io/OBS/settings/advancedsettings.html

I'm pretty sure the above is the reason for your CPU usage. If problem still persists, I'd wait for a dev or someone else to respond.

You should also make sure you're not running your webcam at 1080p or some other unnecessarily high resolution.
