Question / Help CPU PRESET VERYFAST LAG !!!!!

Hello .
I recently bought a notebook for gaming.
I downloaded OBS to record my gameplay , and I set the quality in 1080p - 60 fps .
But when dealing with the video shots of lag unwatchable , despite the quality is excellent .
I tried to put the CPUpreset of ultrafast and superfast . The video does not fire but the quality is very bad ... How can I fix this? If with Camtasia / Sony vegas I render at 1080p , the quality good returns ?
Ah , why Camtasia does not accept the video file , even if it is in .mp4 format !

I have not known a mobile processor to be able to do 1080@60fps. high end desktops can do this hig of bitrate. if you are local recording, try quicksync or NVENC instead of h264. I wouldn't do over 1080@30 with either for a mobile processor but experiment a little :)
