Question / Help CPU or GPU

I am going out in the next coming day to buy a new graphics card or CPU I just wanted to know which I should get for streaming I think I should be getting a CPU i7 but I just wanted some other opinions thanks.

Ethier upgrade my 660 GTX to -> 970 GTX
Or i5-3570 quad core -> 17-4790k quad core

For best livestreaming results, go with the CPU. Hands down, it will allow much better quality by running a slower preset, as well as perform with less in-game impact.

If you mostly game and only stream now and then for fun/friends, the 970 is going to give you a lot more in-game performance.

dont forget with a new cpu there is need for a new mb in this case
