Question / Help CPU Optimization for a laptop CPU.

I have a setup that consists of my laptop running 2 1080p monitors.
The problem is that I have a pretty weak cpu and so if I want to stream any game I get framerate drops because of 100% cpu usage so I was wondering what the optimal settings are to try and eradicate this problem.

My cpu is an Intel i5 2450M @ 2.5MHz with 3.1 MHz Boost
If needed, my graphics card is a Nvidia GT 640M with 2 GB of Vram.
8 GB RAM
