so while im streaming my frames are set to 60 in OBS and i have V-sync and everything on to match my monitos 144hz refresh rate so i set the FPS to 144 but in obs the cpu is aroun 6% but then my FPS will randomly drop from 60 to like 50 or sometimes 40 making it rough looking for my viewers then making them leave cause it doesnt look good. My Specs are i7-7700 with a NVIDIA GTX 1080
