Hello! I'm streaming WoW.. 1080i and not able to get the CPU load high enough to actualy do some real work, i mean to compress the stream abit so my internet output could be abit more "stable" I guess.. But my CPU is stuck at 40-50% load with Wow running, I can stream 60 FPs flawless but I would really want to have a 60Fps stream and actualy use the CPU abit more. My CPU Is an i7 4770k @ 5.2Ghz

CPU usage wont go up unless it's actually using more CPU when needed, otherwise you'd be wasting a ton of power and money for absolutely no purpose. Same deal with GPUs. So it's quite normal. Of course you could always disable 3 cores and watch your cpu run at 100% all the time as it tries to keep up (but I wouldn't recommend it).
