Question / Help CPU is High in CS:GO but works for Rocket league

Hey!

I have been streaming for a while but took a break and now when i got back i cant stream CS:GO,
It completly starts lagging AND i get FPS drop ingame.

I used to solve it by doing CTRL+ALT+DELETE and raising the priority for the stream so all goes there but its not working now.
So i have been starting streaming Rocket League instead which could lag sometimes but works 98% through out the session.

Now i'm wondering, is there any chances i can stream CSGO again with some differences in the settings? I will post my logg so you can see!

Please help!

Three things I see off hand:

set your webcam (c920) to no more than 720p

buffer size is set WAY to large (set custom buffer to the same as bitrate or uncheck custom buffer)

There are some scenes throwing errors such as:

Code:
deprecated pixel format used, make sure you did set range correctly

Not sure what this is, but I would go through each scene and remove and/or rebuild sources as so there isn't any duplicate or invalid scenes.

Make sure you do not have any launch options for CS:GO such as -high or -threads as these will negatively affect when streaming with OBS. If you have them in there, remove them from the CS:GO launch options.
