Question / Help CPU is getting 100% usage and it is a new i7

I upgraded to windows 10 and I'm now unable to stream The Division effectively with the same settings I have been using when I was on windows 7. I just got a new built computer and new i7 processor, yet my computer is performing worse than friends whose computers aren't as strong as mine. I have no clue what's going on.

According to the log you posted, your system can't keep up with the settings you have.

From what I've been told, the Division is a CPU hog, which if that's the case, then you'll need to lessen the burden of compressing video for streaming by lowering your settings more.

Additional things: You should check to make sure that your system memory is running in Dual channel mode, and that your CPU isn't downclocking itself. If both of those checkout fine, you could also try OBS Studio.

do you know of any other way to lower settings besides changing the resolution downscale?
