Question / Help CPU High Encoding

After changing a few suggested settings im still struggling to run The Rise Of The Tomb Raider, I feel like my rig should be capable of streaming and Tomb Raider. Is there any way to stop the high encoding issue?

If not what should i be upgrading here, GPU or CPU (Sounds stupid but people have suggested GPU to me)

you should actually describe your problem.

i5 is very limited so far i didnt have to chance to stream the latest tom raider title so i have no idea about how much cpu is used for the game itself.

usually i5 max out at 720p30 and a game like league/dota

but you could make use of qsv should have decent quality on haswell chips
