Hi i'm making a new build for xmas and i'm hesitating between two cpu and cpu, the first duo is an amd FX-8350 with a r9 280x, the second duo is i7 4770 with amd r9 270x. Which should i choose ? Another question, does the motherboard as a huge impact on the streaming performance ? (i'm looking for 720p@60fps)

For streaming the best chooise will be i7-4770k (maybe a bit oc if you want).
AMD's cpus are... good for games, but not for encoding video x264.
