Ok so i have 2 problems.
Soon i will finally have good internet connection to stream properly in full hd. For now i did it sometimes but takes all my net. but for some time my camera just turned red for no reason. And yes i have it set as global source, as everything else, even though i have only 1 scen set so far. And funny thing it only is red for twitch.tv , when i switch to hitbox.tv i have normal camera vision. Camera is not broken it works in google hangouts and skype normally. Its old piece of junk but it works. Its logitech Live! Cam Video IM Pro. Oh and i have Windows 8.1
Someone pls explain this to me.

And second is CPU.
Due to finances i dont hve intel processor but AMD FX 4100 Quad Core. Its ok but more would be ok. I want to upgrate to FX 8350? Is it worth it for streaming specific purpose? I have 16 GB Ram and GTX660 to support this build. Just dunno if this processor is good or should i really better move to intel which will cost me twice (new motherboard and stuff). Or maybe some other cheaper processor would suffice?

You sure it was working before? Could you try disabling the audio on your IP cam and seeing if that changes anything?

As for your second question, not sure, I haven't looked at CPUs in years, so I'm not sure which ones are good or bad at the moment. Hopefully someone else might come along and give you advice there.
