Question / Help Cpu for slow/fast presets?

To add to this when ever I have say like 4 programs open and moving the windows around the screen it seems
to be very laggy and not fluid would that be because of the cpu yeah? thanks

and you can cleary see the pixelation and even blocking+artifacting as soon as theres any kind of faster movement nor when shadow and lightning effects overlap you can cleary see it.


thats why i said if theres barely any motion you can get away with a low bitrate even on 1080p

that is like what I get I still cant go higher than ultrafast even then my pc just says no even when I run internet explorer firefox or chrome and dota my games just stops responding half the time I looked at the bios update looks like it supports my cpu, not an export but know enough but 100$board+400$ cpu perform the same as 200$ board+400$cpu? I would think so right?

its more about the ocing part that cheap mb's tend to break down faster due to the stress on the components caused by the oc

ok the Bios update worked so I'm thinking to get the CPU + watercooler and I could upgrade the mobo later on the road
