Question / Help CPU for high quality stream?

Im planning to buy a new computer and i want it to be able to stream in very high quality to twitch.tv. What CPU should i be going for? I have been looking on Intels i7-4790K and i7-5930K. i7-5930K should be able to oc to 4.5 GHz np, but would i7-4790K could deliver the same quality stream for half the price?
My internet connection is btw 100/100...
And when i mean high quality i mean 1080p 60fps and not get blurry pixels when there is motion on the screen...:)

I'd go with the i7-5930K if I were you, and even consider making it a dedicated stream machine so that is all that it is doing. 1080@60 is extremely taxing, and you are talking about the fast preset which would probably tax a i7-5930K 80% (guess).

either way if you are talking about really high quality 1080@60, go with the hexcore as a dedicated stream PC.
