I've been streaming perfectly fine until about 2 weeks ago, for whatever reason my CPU will go from normal usage to 100% for 5-20 secs. It only happens when I'm streaming.

Open Task manager (ctrl-shft-esc), go to the Processes tab and sort by CPU usage. Look at it and see what program(s) are chewing up your CPU when it hits 100% .
