Question / Help Covering images on the desktop always visible over the windows

Hello, I want know if there is a way to showing the images you put on OBS screen also visible on the desktop and put them over all the windows. I need this feature to cover my card while streaming poker. I don't want to set delay.
I've seen that a streamer use this way to covering card and I want know from you if it's possible setting it in obs, or if there is another way to put images on the desktop visible over all the windows.

OBS does not add sources to your desktop it only takes sources you select and uses them as overlays.

if you want the stream not to see your cards. add in a source for a picture that is a black box, then overlay it over (above the game source). top sources will be shown on top. you can toggle this on and off if you like with the check box.
