Hello i have had OBS for a long time now with no problems what so ever, Im streaming fine no buffering etc and all of a sudden OBS has started to drop out.

I have spoken to a friend and she also has starting getting this issue.

Here is my log from yesterday when OBS dropped.

https://gist.github.com/5ee770ca9f1f9b2a574f

also i have noticed that when i get facetimed and im broadcasting soon as i answer the facetime be it on my iphone or the iMAC OBS will drop this also has only just happened.

I should mention im using OBS on my gaming PC not my iMAC

EDIT

I forgot to mention my recordings also only have sound no video this also is a new thing as it used to work.

Thank you.

Any answers?
looks like your first stream was for 27 minutes, seconds 43 minutes, 39minutes, and so on. as Osiris said, this is a twitch or ISP issues (more than likely ingest kicking you off).

try messing with different ingests but the problem seems random enough that its more of an internet side of things.

There's not a lot we can do about connection issues, since they are not caused by OBS.
For that, read this: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-and-disconnects.22136/

As far as the no video thing, does it happen on all games?

Also you should remember that this is community support, OBS is not a company, so it can happen that certain topics won't be seen.

Thanks for reply guys, The random dropping out seems to have stopped but the recording is happening on every game i try, it used to work before maybe an update has messed it up or some thing for me.

When i record all i get is sound no video.

Make sure you still have the top adapter selected in the video tab. when you start streaming/recording start the game then toggle the scene to another scene, then back again. if still black game capture, then recreate the scene and even try setting it to a global source.

Try watching the video in VLC media player. Its probably just media player having problems with the format.
