CS is gliding/rubberbanding occasionally as I play when I am streaming. I uploaded the log. My upload Speed is 11.5Mbps, I tested on 5k and 6k bitrate, same thing. Same issue on 720p and 1080p.

PC Specs: AMD Ryzen 7600x3D, NVIDIA 4070, 32Gb RAM.
My bandwidth in-game is unrestricted, i capped my fps at 165 (refresh rate of both monitors), i am connected via ethernet
Any assistance would be extremely appreciated, and I can answer any questions if info is needed!
