Question / Help countdown - Timer

Hi everyone... I begin to learn OBS and so far, i'm quite excited, because, all what i've found here, or by myself, works fine, and accordingly to my needs... So very found of the software !! :D

Now i have a question though... I will stream sport games. Is there a way to have a timer, or a countdown with some kind of "automation"... I'd like to have a timer goin on and, when a referee blows the whistle, be able to start and stop this timer.

some time ago, using vegas, i used to have a "pre-recorded" timer on a seperate video file. I guess that i could do the same, but i'd like to have a kb shortcut to start/stop this pre-recorded video.. is it possible ? is there a more simple way to do this.

Also, i manually edit the scores, but is there a way to increment some object that would represent the scores without double clicking the text and entering the new scores ?

Thanks in advance for your tips

Regards

Hi everyone,

I kept on searching, and found in the scripts (on this very forum), all needed : Simple Scoreboard, that is a Java program. It allows multiple instance, so i can have one instance to manage the scores on a "scoreboard" directory, and a fouls directory to manage... the team's fouls.

Regarding the timers, i also found Snaz, that allows countdowns, timers, and many things... simple to handle too, and most of all : the three can be ran together, and managed quite simply without having to play with windows everywhere...

Regards to all :)
