OBS MP doesnt support plugins yet

Well, that is not really true. The browser plugin is already available for mac and windows and can be used.
Plugins have to be re-written to work with OBS-MP if they exist for OBS though.

Really loving the new Multiplatform features, but missing the timer

Remember, you need to close OBS and reopen it for most plugins to show up AFTER you have properly installed it of course.

I am running windows 7 x64 and x64 OBS, works fine if you install it properly and reboot OBS.

this plugin doesn't work for me any longer since i switched to windows 10...sad, it was a really nice tool i used...

tried it with
windows 10 64bit
32bit and 64bit applications opened as admin
compatibility mode w7
and the clr browser is installed

maybe someone knows a solution for this problem :)
