I want to stream CS:GO mainly, hope you guys can help me to find the best OBS settings

Operation System: Microsoft Windows 8.1
Windows Resolution: 1920x1080 (16:9)
CSGO Resolution: 1920x1080 (16:9 Fullscreen)

In-game FPS without Streaming: 250-300+
In-game FPS with Streaming: 75-150
