Question / Help "Could not initialize DirectX10"

When trying to preview, record, or start streaming I get this error.

I have downloaded DirectX and it's completely up to date (11.2 I think), I'm running a Windows 7, and I just updated my drivers for my Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Chipset Family.

I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to troubleshoot, and all my logs say is that there's no source detected (which I have, too, by the way.)

I'm thinking my graphics card just doesn't support DX10 hardware wise, now that I've done a proper search in the forums, so I probably just can't use OBS.

If that's not the case though, let me know what I'm doing wrong.

EDIT: I ran dxdiag and it says I can run DirectX up to 11 on my graphics card so, now I am stumped.

Yeah that hardware doesn't support DX10 as far as I know, Having it installed and actually making use of it are different things so you're out of luck with that hardware.
