Question / Help Could not initialise DirectX10 on Intel(R) HD Graphics

I don't think any of the advice is useful. Its Windows 7 Premium Japanese Version. Is there a simple solution such as use an earlier version- I don't need anything sophisticated- just to record Hearthstone and the upload rate here is 5 MB/s and download 10MB/s. I assume I attached the Dxdiag log file.
