Question / Help Could Not get DXGI adapter - GTX 970

Error: Could not get DXGI adapter.

I've seen some similar threads with this same exact issue, but I can't seem to find a solution.
This error occurs whenever clicking Start Streaming or Preview Steam.

So far, I've:
-Performed a Clean Install of Nvidia Geforce Driver 344.75 multiple times.
-Attempted to reinstall Directx 11 for Windows 7
-Restarted

Any other suggestions?

Unfrotunately during past time since I was member of this forum noone found solution for this problem except reinstalling whole Windows which always does work.

You can try downloading and installing this update
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2670838
but if that doesnt work neither starting 64bit version (from c:/programfiles (not x86 folder) OBS you should seriosly reconsider reinstalling your OS unfortunately :(
