Bug Report Could not connect to server

Hey guys, I recently had some trouble with OBS while trying to stream. It was working fine a week or so ago.
I get the exact error message saying "could not connect to server" with the title of "stream report". The message always happens to me 24 seconds into streaming, though i'm never live. I haven't changed anything with obs!
 
I fixed it! If anyone has the same problem change the server you are currently in go to:
settings -> broadcast settings -> 3rd line down FMS URL change that to something else hope it works!
