Question / Help could not access the specified channel or stream key

Trying to stream on Twitch with 64bit OBS on Windows 10. I've tried resetting my key a few times, changing settings, nothing, anyone with some help please?
 
Wait 15 minutes and try again. Hammering the server while it thinks you're still logged in won't help.
