I've decided that along with making games, I want to stream them. I am buying a power house, and was wondering if it could do the above.

i7 5930k
GTX980
16gb ddr4 (8x2)
250GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD
850w PSU (forget the brand)

Also I am trying out watercooling for the first time ever also, and it is coming with a corsiar h60. Do you think I could stream and record 1080p60? What about watercooling, will that be an issue?

this might allow you to use nvenc and x264 with the obs settings

No no no. I was wondering if nvenc uses the GPU or the CPU. I know shadow play does, but not sure about nvenc through OBS.

ohh yes nvenc is technically sp both uses the build in kepler chip on the cards shadowplay is literally the software like obs and the encoding is called nvenc in this case so there are no hits on the cpu
