Question / Help Convert and decrease file size

Hi, there! I just recorded myself playing Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons using this guide. Since it was a short game, I wanted to use the best quality possible and see if I could get it under 15 GB. I was unlucky, because it was 17.8 GB. The reason I recorded this is because someone who doesn't play games was interested in seeing it and I was going to put in in a Flash Drive (which has 14.8 GB of capacity).

So my question is: which is the best option to convert and decrease the file size without loss of quality (or the least amount of loss possible)? Also, which would be the best video format in terms of compatibility?

Thanks!

you will always have loss of some quality when you reencode but I doubt you will be able to notice it unless you are cutting it by half size.

Oh, I really don't mind a loss of quality that isn't noticeable, especially because it is for someone else and I don't need to cut in half. Which is the best option then?
