Continuing to have encoder overload issues

I just completed my first Twitch stream and when rewatching it I see that the video cuts off well before the actual end of the stream. Here's the log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/7J6mHQQ5tmDTEeoh

When I researched online, looks like it's a potential encoder overload issue, which I thought I'd fixed. I've set myself as an administrator on OBS and followed some of the other recommendations in the troubleshooting section, so I'm unsure at this point where things are failing. Here are some screenshots from my Nvidia app as well:

Can you go to View -> Stats and see what that says a few minutes into the stream? Are you getting frames missed / skipped in the red, but in the main obs window bottom left, 0 dropped frames?

1. You have 43% encoder overload and it may be related to your CPU or GPU being overloaded, depending on the encoder in question. If you are using a software encoder (x264) please see the CPU Overload Guide. If you are using a hardware encoder (AMF, QSV/Quicksync, NVENC) please see the GPU Overload Guide. However, you're using Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting/multi-encodes and it's currently using 5 with the auto settings. Try limiting it to 3.

Apologies, I was gone for the weekend. I had deleted the stream while I was traveling, but just did another recording (no stream), does this help at all? If streaming will possibly change the frames I can make another one. Thanks in advance for any help!

I'll try that, thank you! I thought I had it set to use the NVENC hardware encoder, would it be better if I set it to NVENC? Honestly I barely know what I'm talking about, this is all a learn as I go obviously. haha
