I just upgraded our Internet. We now get 4.90mbps for upload speed.
So I finally tried setting my bitrate to 3500 kbps, but I've had complaints of constant buffering.
I've downgraded my video, my bitrate, the FPS, and just about everything, but it still buffers the video on Twitch.
How exactly can I resolve this?
