Question / Help Constant Disconnects and Reconnects Every Few Minutes

I stream to Twitch.tv. I've tried so many threads and different things to try and stream without DCing I'm getting really upset. I just don't understand what's happening. I have pretty low upload speed. I used to have 50 down and 10 up, and would stream at 2000 bitrate no problem. I live with my parents still and we recently downgraded to a really crappy broadband dsl internet that averages around 4 down and .70 up. I've lowered the bitrate down to 400, and even 300 as of late to try and solve the issue. I just don't know whats going on. I have tried custom and non custom buffer size, tried changing resolution, servers, and I just don't know what else to do. I have my wifi off and my PC is connected via ethernet cable. Nobody else is using the connection but me. I really wish I could still stream, I can but constant interruptions every few minutes are really annoying :(.

These are my past broadcasts for example: http://www.twitch.tv/lolfraekith/profile/past_broadcasts

Any help would be great. Thank you.

you defo don't want to use speedyshare for the logs, use OBS's own uploader to get those logs to github. Contant disconnects most probably indicate your connection to the server is unstable though, try streaming to other servers.

It seems I can only upload logs one at a time using the OBS attach file...

Edit: I've attached some to this post and my OP.

You could try activating minimize network input, but I currently am thinking that your connection "just" cannot keep up :(
